A security sector professional with more than 23 years’ experience in frontline and management roles, Rory is a specialist in in integrated counter terrorism and security strategies. Collaborating with our certified counter terrorism and crowd management practitioners to design Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) solutions that consider crowd density, crowd flows and operational safety, he is skilled in delivering practical, compliant security provision for a wide range of clients, including local authorities, stadiums, and event organisers. Rory is a Member of the Institute of Strategic Risk Management and has extensive qualifications which span risk assessment, security, counter terrorism, crowd management, canine detection and compliance, complementing his deployment experience to balance risk mitigation and safety with practical operational factors. Rory also advises clients on overall security strategy, risk mitigation, and practical protective measures across diverse environments.

Steve Faye

A certified counter terrorism practitioner, qualified to carry out Threat Vulnerability & Risk Assessments (TVRA), Steve is an experienced business leader with a keen focus on mitigating risk and effective project management. His counter terrorism experience includes advising local authorities, major stadiums and event organisers, with projects as varied as £multi-million public realm improvement programmes and FA Cup victory parades. Working in partnership with clients to understand their requirements and develop solutions aligned to their due diligence, operational and commercial priorities, Steve is also adept at considering the customer experience, drawing on his track record with high profile sports teams, prestige fashion brands, hospitality venues, and retailers. He also works collaboratively with our counter terrorism, crowd management, and training professionals to ensure that we offer a joined-up approach to considering operational efficiency, crowd safety and resilience.

Mark Cavies

Counter Terrorism Executive

A former Royal Air Force Counter Terrorism and Protective Security Specialist, Mark has worked in the civilian security and counter terrorism sector for the past 16 years. A UK government trained HVM specialist with a CPNI HVM qualification (now known as the National Protective Security Authority – NPSA), he is responsible for mission-critical security and counter terrorism resilience at a number of national infrastructure assets in the UK and Europe, as well as various stadium and local authority sites. Qualified to carry out Threat, Vulnerability & Risk Assessments (TVRA) and Vehicle Dynamics Assessments (VDA), he works closely with Steve and our crowd management, counter terrorism professionals, and behavioural detection specialists to identify where operational changes can be combined with physical security measures and security planning to protect people, locations and assets.

Vicki Hearn

Operations Director

A highly qualified security sector professional with more than 20 years experience of deployments and operational management, Vicki is skilled in project management; from allocating resources, through to logistics, ensuring smooth project delivery, and managing teams. Leading our operational team, Vicki is responsible for planning and delivering implementation of our counter terrorism and security strategies and recommendations, ensuring that the correct combination of skills and equipment are in place and seamlessly managed on the ground for every deployment. Vicki is also our Women’s Night-time Safety Charter Champion.

Wayne Gell

Head of Canine Training

Responsible for training our canine explosives, drugs and pyro detection dogs and handlers, and our general purpose security dog teams, Wayne is approved NASDU dog trainer/instructor and was the first dog trainer in the world to develop date rape/spiking substances detection dogs capability. He has worked in the civilian security and counter terrorism sector for the past eight years, having previously served in the British Army as a dog handler, including three operational tours of Afghanistan.

Ellis Turffrey

Operations Manager

An experienced operations manager with a track record of leading teams of up to 700 people and allocating supervisory responsibilities, Ellis is an accomplished and pragmatic people manager with a proven track record of safety management and compliance. Ellis has a degree in business management and ten years’ experience in a senior operational role for a major visitor attraction, where he was responsible for overseeing security, counter terrorism and crowd safety, along with smooth day-to-day operations. He works closely with our Operations Director, Vicki, to ensure that our counter terrorism and security strategies and plans are implemented correctly aligned to detailed briefings, risk assessments and method statements.

Bethany Colley

Crowd Manager

Bethany is an accomplished security and crowd management professional with extensive operational leadership experience, both in the UK and in Saudi Arabia. With experience of leading and mentoring teams of varying sizes, Bethany’s experience spans a variety of complex environments, including stadiums, large-scale music festivals, and community parades. Her qualifications include the NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), Level 6 Diploma in Risk and Safety Management for Crowds and Events, Level 5 Award in Strategic Planning and Management of Major Events. She also has specialist accreditations in close protection, surveillance, counter-terrorism awareness, and crisis management.

Geraldine Morgan

Crowd Manager

A highly experienced security professional with a 20-year track record in the industry, Geraldine has varied counter terrorism and security experience, including control room operations, major sporting events, music festivals, live venues, and government contracts. She holds a degree in Crowd Management & Visitor Safety from Buckinghamshire New University, along with a NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC), and a Level 6 Diploma in Risk and Safety Management for Crowds and Events, equipping her with both academic knowledge and practical expertise in safeguarding large-scale environments.

A business-to-business marketing specialist with 30 years’ experience in PR and marketing, Colette has extensive knowledge of the counter terrorism and security landscape ensuring that our marketing materials provide accurate information and promote our services while ensuring discretion and applying the same high standards of risk mitigation that govern everything we do.
