Available as a static or removable HVM bollard, the SafetyFlex Truckstopper 7-40 has a foundation depth of just 200mm, making it one of the most shallow-mounted, impact tested HVM bollard systems available.

Shallow foundation enable cost-effective installation of this HVM system, as compared to traditional bollard systems, making the Truckstopper 7-40 a simple and effective anti-terrorist bollard solutions for permanent HVM protection, certified for both 45 and 90 degree attack angles.

Unlike traditional steel tube bollards, the Truckstopper 7-40 HVM bollard utilises a patented sprung design, resulting in a durable, ultra slimline steel bollard that complements a wide range of environments.

Installation

The highly versatile Truckstopper 7-40 can be fitted as a standalone HVM solution in a range of environments, including locations with complex ground contours and inclines.

The Truckstopper HVM system has been impact tested and is rated as a single unit, so it can be installed as a standalone HVM bollard solution, as well as in an array. Its shallow foundations makes this HVM system faster and simpler to install, delivering a cost-effective solution and minimal disruption while offering reliable HVM protection.

Performance

The Truckstopper 7-40 is rated to protect against a 7.5 tonne truck at 64kph at both 90 and 45 degrees, and is suitable as a either a permanent or semi-permanent removable HVM bollard unit.

Designed to blend seamlessly into the public realm, the Truckstopper 7-40 is available in a variety of round, oval, or rectangular shrouds and a choice of colours, complementing virtually any surroundings. The oval 316 stainless steel mitred top cover incorporates two hi-vis bands as standard, with alternative options also available.
